This policy explains when an item you’ve bought from SOFACAFTERS SDN BHD 202601026526 (1688622-D) can be returned, refunded, or exchanged, and what we’ll need from you to make that happen.
1. When Returns Are Accepted
As a rule, items are not exchangeable or refundable. The exceptions:
Wrong item sent — the item you received isn’t what you ordered.
Doesn’t match the listing — the item fails to match the specifications, description, features, or information advertised.
Arrived damaged — the item is spoiled, damaged, or defective on delivery.
Delivery ran late — the parcel arrived outside the window set in our shipping policy.
2. Evidence We’ll Ask For
Unboxing video — continuous footage showing the unopened parcel, shipping label, packaging, and item.
First-use video — where applicable, footage of the item being used for the first time.
Supporting documents — photos, order details, or anything else we request.
3. How to Submit a Request
Send your request to sofacrafters@outlook.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. Requests made after that 24-hour window, or without the evidence above, won’t be accepted.
